My process operates through two perspectives. Internally, I reflect the body’s state of mind, emotion, and physicality through colour, line, and shape. Externally, I reveal what may otherwise go unseen in daily life.

My recent research focuses on somatic art and the idea of treating the body as a map through which to express experiences when words fail.

This work explores how art can offer support. Its central theme is hidden illness, alongside related themes of resilience and hope.
