Miha’am: A Love Letter to Worldbuilding

Miha’am is inspired by fantasy pulp fiction, historical events, and eastern european cultural traditions, taking from the aspect of immersive storytelling themes seen in TTRPG’s.

My project explores world-building, specifically through the lens of tabletop role-playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons, which invite groups of players to collaborate and tell stories together in a world created by a game master.

The year is 2748 NC. You enter the province of Miha’am, a small country caught in a conflict shaped by three nations competing for magical conquest. You are simply passing through, but you hear tall tales from passing faces on all sides of the conflict, exposing your position while satisfying your curiosity.

Miha’am is inspired by fantasy pulp fiction, historical events, and Eastern European cultural traditions, drawing on the immersive storytelling techniques found in TTRPG’s (tabletop role-playing games).
