Soft Parameters is a video and digitally fabricated installation work that interrogates the entangled relationships involving romance, desire, and uncertainty that are now forming between humans and AI agents. Working from a human-centred perspective, the project focuses on forms of connection that emerge without touch, yet still carry emotional velocity.

The work considers where the “centre” of the body resides and how consciousness may shift through continuous engagement with AI systems. As human intimacy increasingly aligns with artificial modes of communication and attachment, Soft Parameters questions whether we are evolving alongside these systems or gradually surrendering to them.
