Inspired by a love of music and a profound interest in themes of nostalgia and culture, Grace McGuinness conducted a series of interviews asking people just that.
With each unique response, a once-hidden history of the city is revealed.
These interviews are presented as a playful “mockumentary” combining photography, video, and audio with handmade clay animation. The outcome is a humorous and thoughtful glimpse into the sounds that shape our city, rooted in the real testimonies of the people who live here.
