I was nearly hit by an out of control driverless motorcycle.

After it happened I was left with this feeling of existential terror. The random nature of mortality made me go into somewhat of a crisis. This project is about discussing the absurdity of how one day, you’re walking down the street and the next day, a motorbike is flying at you. Writing is the most important aspect of my practice, so I began by writing an absurdist short-story and a small poem. I then made an audio piece with said poem, accompanied by a music video, and a book with the absurdist short-story to illustrate and expand upon these feelings further. I also made a decorative, display typeface with heavily distorted letters to reflect the feeling of the crisis. The typeface was used throughout both the book and the video.
