Levels

Levels is an application for young adults with Type 1 Diabetes, designed as a "quiet companion" that offers support during times of transition. Rather than overwhelming users with clinically focused data, Levels provides subtle, context-aware information that helps people feel capable, not policed, and then steps back.

By prioritising relevant information and presenting it in a non-intrusive way, Levels minimises cognitive load while supporting independence and confidence.

Whether it is a first night out, a solo trip abroad, or an unfamiliar workout, Levels helps bring certainty to young people living with Type 1 Diabetes.

My focus as an Interaction Designer is creating thoughtful, human-centred experiences that use technology to support people in ways that feel calm, intuitive, and empowering.
