Threaded Memories – a textile event in support of Alzheimer’s Tea Day with MFA Art and Social Action graduate Anne Reilly.

Families are welcome to a drop-in sensory textile-making event where you can connect with the tactility of textiles and traditional textile processes through open-ended exploration. This event will emphasise self-expression, conversation and enjoyment. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Anne Reilly is a student on the MFA Art and Social Action programme at NCAD. This event forms part of her Masters project, a collaboration engaging communities who live with cognitive decline or dementia and struggle to navigate and interpret the literate world.
